Pipes filler masterbatch
This series product mainly filled with natural high quality heavy calcium and high silicon talcum powder. Reinforcing agent, flexibilizer, coupling agent, dispersant, etc other additive optimized combination. It has very good compatibility and dispersibility with polyolefin. Mainly suitable for HDPE, PP underground drain pipe reinforcing and toughening filling modification. Such as double wall corrugated pipe, winding pipe, carat pipe etc large-medium sized pipe. It can significant improve the pipe ring stiffness, ring flexibility, surface hardness, dimensional stability and abrasion resistance, also can improve pipe weather resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and electric performance, etc.
