Sheet filler masterbatch
This series of materbatch is made of superfine calcium carbonate powder, carrier resin, coupling agent, dispersant, lubricant, stabilizer etc various efficient additive optimized combination. It has good compatibility, dispersibility and processing fluidity with carrier resin. After addition, can improve sheet bending strength, dimensional stability, hardness, stiffness, reduce heat shrinkage, etc. Suitable for PE, PP, PS etc high-grade sheet products, such as high-end folders, milk cup, coffee cup, disposable cup, plate, bowl, boxes etc food grade products.
